Introduction
Welcome to “wonindia.com” a dedicated platform for yoga lovers those finding balance, strength and inner peace.
Hello! I am Ashish Manna very much passionate about yoga, and this is my yoga journey.
My yoga journey
From childhood, I was pretty much curious about yoga, like many others. Simple questions raised in my mind, like what yoga is and how it benefits? This curiosity led me to gain extensive knowledge about yoga.
Eventually, real struggle came in my life around 2020s during my graduation years. Because of career struggle and financial problem, I gradually developed myself into anxiety depressions and all those mental issues. This led me apply yoga in my life.
My yoga philosophy
I always believe yoga is more than just a physical posture. Giving little bit time in your life from your busy schedule it really makes you feel difference. I applied myself in various yoga style like Vinyasa yoga, Kundalini yoga and Yin yoga. Specifically, I focus on Hatha yoga, breathing exercise (Pranayama) and meditation. While each style of yoga has its unique focus and characteristics.

What you can expect
Here you can find detailed instructions, sequences and flows of physical practice (asanas), specific types of yoga like Vinyasa, Hatha and their benefits. Yoga content will cover Mental and Emotional Well-being, Practical application with personal touch.
Beyond yoga
Beyond yoga I love Cricket. When others are debating the latest blockbuster, I am deep in the stats of Women’s Cricket World Cup and ready to drop some knowledge on the most underrated bowler or rising star.

My Vision
My vision about “wonindia.com” is to empower individuals to cultivate a deeper connection with their mind, body and spirit through the transformative practice of yoga. Equally I envision a world where yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, background or physical ability, and where its principles are mindfulness, compassion and self-awareness are integrated into daily life. I believe that by embracing the path of yoga we can unlock our full potential, find inner peace and contribute to a more harmonious World.
My Mision
My mission about “wonindia.com” is to guide and support you on your personal yoga journey. I am committed to:
- Providing high-quality authentic yoga content: I offer a variety of yoga content that is rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga while also being relevant to the challenges and needs of modern life. My content is authentic, inclusive and focused on proper alignment and Breathwork to ensure a safe and effective practice.
- Creating a welcoming and supportive community: “wonindia.com” strive to create a space where you feel seen, hard and valued. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will find a non-judgmental and supportive environment to explore and grow.
- Sharing the wisdom of yoga beyond the mat: I believe that the benefits of yoga extent far beyond the physical postures. I’m dedicated to sharing the principles of mindfulness meditation, and ethical living to help you find balance and well-being in all aspects of your life.
- Empowering you to be your own teacher: My ultimate goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to develop your own self-practice and to trust your inner wisdom. Finally, I am here to be your guide, but the power to transform your life lies within you.
